Our goal is to add quality and to increase the size and the livable square footage of each property that we develop. There is a continuing demand for newly remodeled luxury homes in San Francisco and an ever-increasing number of high net worth individuals who want to buy them.

We will generally increase a property's square footage by around 40% and we try to increase the property's value by at least 50%. Through our careful evaluation and design process, we are able to create luxury homes that sell for $2.5 million or more. We encourage investment in both our properties and our company and can offer our investors a reasonable rate of return for a relatively short-term investment at very low risk since the investments are secured by the properties.
