Luxuria Properties Corporation has no direct competitors. There are home remodeling companies that do similar work in San Francisco but they do not own the properties that they remodel. They develop homes for the clients who hire them. Our approach is to remodel and develop for our own account and we do not use debt financing. No other home remodelers or developers use this approach. We are a rarity in this field.

Mr. Kai Cheng Tang, the founder of Luxuria Properties has developed a unique concept for developing luxury residential homes that are located in the most sought after areas of San Francisco and targeting high net worth individuals. We require a minimum investment of $50,000 and will accept investments up to $300 million. The return on investment (ROI) depends on the property but it ranges on average between 10% and 50%. Our target generally is to realize this ROI in 14 to 18 months.

Since we increase the quality of the building and the livable square footage, it is extremely difficult to lose money. We have never lost a principle amount for any investor and have never had a failure from all our investments over the years. Our investors typically stay with us through various property purchases and have been very satisfied with their returns.
